Board Member Nominations
Ned was nominated for CEO, Todd for Secretary, and Victoria for CFO. All nominations were confirmed unanimously.
IRS Notice
- In 2017, we didn’t include our Schedule B for large donors (over some threshold, ~$1,000)

- Their system says they didn’t receive the response in time

- Ned filed the paperwork to appeal with the receipt
- And IRS person on the phone apologized and said it should be fixed soon
Goals for 2020
Ned’s goals:
- Over the next few months, finish the debate transcripts and improve our developer documentation
- Not to fulfill the full potential of MyTake.org
- Plan is to only to have our current documents (US Constitution) and all of the presidential debate transcripts searchable and “take”-able, and to keep the website up-to-date for this and future presidential debates
Todd’s goals:
- Assist Ned with transcripts and UI polish
